Keeping fish since
age 7, owner James Frank earned his degree
in Marine Science at the University
of South Carolina.
He has managed aquariums at the National Aquarium in Baltimore,
the National Zoo in Washington DC, the Riverbanks Zoo and Aquarium in South Carolina, the Marshy
Point Nature
Center in Baltimore,
and the University of Maryland's Center of Marine
Biotechnology. He has the know-how
